PTSA Class Coffees

NEW!!  Class Coffees:  You have heard about Neighborhood Coffees, and now your PTSA is expanding to offer Class Coffees.  Your PTSA is hosting a Coffee for each grade level this year.  The coffees will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Library.  Mr. Titus and a guidance counselor will be there to answer any questions parents may have.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about James River, as well as class-specific information.  There will also be parent seminars held prior to the Class Coffees.  These seminars will begin at 6:00 p.m. and feature a guest speaker on a topic of particular relevance to class parents.  The dates for the coffees are:

 

The Freshman Class Coffee --Monday September 24.

 

Sophomore Class Coffee --Tuesday October 2 (no seminar)

 

Junior Class coffee --Tuesday October 16

(Seminar:   “Getting My Tail into College and other Really Important Stuff” with Julie Bruner)

Senior Class Coffee will be in January.  Stay tuned for the date and workshop speaker!

 

Can’t attend on a specific date?  Parents of students at any grade level are welcome to attend any of the coffees!
